can someone help a gilr out , please

Thanks to all who read and reply ........... I just had a new battery put in my 2000 ML320 , and I need the code for the radio , I can't seem to find it anywhere ,I bought the car a year ago and I never got it with all the info package ........... the VIN # is 4JGAB54E6YA158782 if needed ............ plus I also bought a new key for the SUV , ...... and I tried to syncronize the key with the instructions in the manual amd it don't work , what else can I try to have this key get synced !! ???

i can help but you need to get the radio out to get the serial #
or call the dealer that the car goes to and they can tell you the code.

calling a dealer for all these answers is your best bet
