Buying C-Class 220 CDI?

I am looking for a C-Class Diesel Auto 220 CDI to buy for between £15-20k. I would like to get one new but would consider high spec second hand one. I would preferably have the SE pack with it. Are there any good places to look for one, on the net or otherwise?

Are there any major price differences if importing one and how would I go about this? Would have to be a right hand drive also.
