brake pad problem is it under warranty?

i have an 03 mercedes ml 350 with 35500 miles on it. i had my brakes done by mercedes at 27100 miles and now they are done. is there any type of warranty when it was done by them? thanks

wow you mean you need brakes agin?? most people replace the front brake pads at about every 10K to 15K depending on drive style. maybe its from the rear brakes? is the brake wear indicator coming on?
