Over the memorial weekend my 2002 c320 battery went dead. After a jump the mercedes dealer in Cary, nc ran a Elie test and found driver and passenger(both)seat control module faulty causing the 1.3 amp draw. With the bumper-to-bumper warrenty in effect, the agent informed me the existing insurer, is now out of business and the new insurer wants to send an agent to the Cary dealer before agreeing to honor the warrenty. I was informed during my drive home that this module issue is common with the c class. Anyone else experience battery drain from a defective power seat mondule? Cost estimate $1319.00.

Agree w/ Sleepwalker. I've seen many posts here about that same thing.
