AT Italia S5 Wheels - Fit E320 4matic?

Hi, was looking to buy these wheels used. From what I can gather, they are 5x112 bolt pattern, 35mm offset.

Tirerack says they are not listed for MB, but from the specs they sound like they should fit.

Anyone know for certain if these wheels (in 16") will work?
