Unhappy Spark Plugs

Hey Guys,
Changed out the Spark Plugs on my 1999 SL 500 AMG it has 66,000. Did the left side first and it ran great, Next day did the right side and now the Engine is Rough Idling. When you give it
gas it bogs down and wants to die. Idling it runs fine. Give it gas and stops. Only thing I did was replace the plugs and One Coil that was showing Weak. Other then
that nothing else.
Please help,
Sergio

Hello and welcome to the forum! Are you able to pull any codes? This may be a good indicator of why the car is idling rough.

If this problem arose after you did the plugs, I am gonna guess that it could be some of the plug's "gaps" are off somewhat....or you didn't get the coil plug seated on the plug properly. Also could be replacement coil is not up to par. I don't think it will be anything other than what you worked on....too coincedental.

Did you try the old coil? It was running fine before you did this stuff, yes? Of course it could be a new issue, separate from what you did, that could have come up....
