I have a 02 c320 with the stock radio and I wanted to add the cd player in the dash. All stock plug in stuff.. WOW... they wanted 1000 bucks for a stock cd player..
Question.. what are my options.. I don't want to screw up the system.. and I don't want to take out the stock radio..
Can I get something other then the stock setup to work

http://www.mercedesshop.com/main.htm, click on FAST LANE and email Phil and he will get you a Mercedes radio with a nice discount. If your radio has the CD button for the fiber optic CD player, get it, It mounts easy and there are two wires to connect and plays great. That's what I did and I very happy with the set up.
I had to replace my radio in my 99 C280 and Mercedes Shop sold it to me for $200 off the list price.
