I broke the black antenna tip off my clk320. Does anyone know if I have to replace the enitre assembly or can I replace the outer shell?

In my experience w/ a '01 CLK 430..........car wash broke off my external antennea.....
it's a dealer replacement item and the entire outside components included..... $125- $140 range.
