94 S420 Headlight Cover

I recently cracked the right headlight cover on my 94 S420.  Dealer wants almost $600 just to replace the unit.  I was able to find a lens cover only from GermanStar, but don't know how to remove the old cover.  Does anyone know how to do this or find an instruction guide?
